At LINEAFLEX, we are committed to the quality and durability of every mattress we produce. Our warranty policy is designed to be transparent and comprehensive, ensuring peace of mind and long-term satisfaction for every customer.


1. Warranty Period

  • Free Warranty: Within the first 2 years from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to free replacement if the mattress has a manufacturing defect.

  • Limited Warranty: Up to 15 years, with replacement subject to a prorated charge (see Section 3).

  • Defect in Quality (within 10 days): Customers may request a replacement or refund if a quality defect is found within 10 days of purchase.


2. Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, such as:

    • Broken or deformed spring/frame.

    • Sagging greater than 3cm when properly used.

    • Material defects in latex, foam, or fabric cover (e.g., tearing, loose stitching, abnormal wear).

  • Customers must provide a purchase receipt, warranty card, and product serial number.

  • The mattress must be used correctly, placed on a proper and even bed base.


3. Compensation Standard (Prorated Charges)

  • Within the first 2 years: Free replacement.

  • From year 3 onwards, customers must pay a portion of the mattress price, as follows:

4. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, such as folding, bending, or placing the mattress on an uneven or unsuitable surface.

  • Mattresses that are stained, moldy, or discolored due to environmental conditions or lack of protection.

  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or mishandling after delivery.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties not approved by LINEAFLEX.

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual loss of comfort or firmness over time.


5. Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Contact Customer Service/Hotline to submit a warranty request.

  2. Provide proof of purchase, serial number, and product photos.

  3. LINEAFLEX’s technical team will evaluate and confirm the defect.

  4. If the defect qualifies, the mattress will be repaired or replaced according to warranty terms.
